The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Family Judge-II, Gorakhpur to decide the application dated 30.8.2019 filed in Case No.123 of 2008 (Saba Praveen Vs. Abrarul Haq), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Rajghat, District Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of learned Additional Family Judge-II, Gorakhpur, within stipulated period.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Family Judge-II, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the application dated 30.8.2019 filed in Case No.123 of 2008 (Saba Praveen Vs. Abrarul Haq), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Rajghat, District Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of learned Additional Family Judge-II, Gorakhpur, most expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order, before concerned court below, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
