Mr.I.Arockiasamy, the learned Government Advocate represented that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of order of letter dated 30.06.2016 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., AP/rka passed by the Tahsildar, Ponneri vide proceedings Na.La.No.10866/2016/A2 and also produced the copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and recorded.
2 In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is so advised, he is at liberty to challenge the said communication in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
