The interim order of injunction passed in I.A. No. 842/2013 in O.S. No. 107/2013 is yet to be made absolute or annulled by the Court below. The petitioner has in the meanwhile filed I.A. No. 2148/2013 to grant police aid to enforce the order in I.A. No. 842/2013.
2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Hosdurg to pass final orders in I.A. No. 842/2013 in O.S. No. 107/2013. Every endeavour shall be made to pass orders thereon before 31.07.2014 in the circumstances. Needless to say that I.A. No. 2148/2013 shall be dealt with dependent on the orders passed in I.A. No. 842/2013 as directed above.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
