Heard learned counsel for the appellant. We have gone through the judgment of the Apex Court in Harshad Govardhan Son dagar v. International Assets Reconstruction Co. Ltd and others [Crl. Appeal No.736 of 2014 and connected cases].

Having regard to paragraph 27 of the above judgment, we are of the opinion, along with the factual information parties ought to have brought to the notice of learned Single Judge the law laid down by the Apex Court. In the absence of such information being placed before learned Single Judge, we fail to understand how appellant could challenge the said opinion of the learned Single Judge. However, last day for compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge being today, we extend the time granted by learned Single Judge by two weeks from today and in the WA No. 676 of 2014 -:2:-
meanwhile, appellant is at liberty to approach the learned Single Judge for review of the interim order. Accordingly, the appeal is closed.
