JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the application Ext.P2 submitted by the petitioner was rejected on 29.05.2014. It is also stated that a copy of the proceedings has been issued to the registered owner on the same day. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no copy of such an order has been served on the petitioner, till date.
In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the respondent shall serve a copy of the order of rejection on the petitioner, forthwith.
