The petitioner has not availed the regular permit since he could not produce the current records within the time stipulated. The petitioner had procured a vehicle and has made an application in accordance with the statute. Pending consideration of the same, the petitioner seeks temporary permit for four months. If there is no impediment, the same shall be granted with the proposed timings within a period of two weeks from today. Sd/-
