The following interlocutory applications are pending in O.S. No. 387/2013 on the file of the Court of the Munsiff of Kuthuparamba:-

i) I.A. No. 3246/2013 filed for interim mandatory injunction.

ii) I.A. No. 3247/2013 for amendment of the plaint.

iii) I.A. No. 3248/2013 filed to depute an Advocate Commissioner.

2. I direct the Court below to dispose of the aforesaid interlocutory applications within a time frame. The same shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
