Petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.KL-12/E-7423 has been seized alleging transporting minor mineral without permit. Petitioner says that he has enough permit.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to release the above vehicle to the petitioner on executing a simple bond. However, this will not stand in the way of authorities prosecuting or proceeding against the petitioner in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
