This writ petition is filed complaining about the delay in considering the representation filed by the petitioner, which is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. 2. The issue involved is with reference to the seizure of vehicle, which is alleged to be involved in violation of Protection of River Sands and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the matter is posted for hearing on 2.7.2014.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 1st respondent shall make all endeavours to dispose of Ext. P2 representation within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing fixed on 2.7.2014.
