The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P5 order which rejected registration of a vehicle as a 'Goods Carriage Vehicle'. The petitioner has filed an appeal seen at Ext.P6. The petitioner only seeks for expeditious consideration of the same. 2. The authority concerned shall consider early disposal of the appeal, filed by the petitioner, after looking into the priority to be assigned to matters pending before it, if the petitioner moves an application for expeditious consideration of the appeal.
