JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint of the petitioner is that, though he has submitted an application for re-valuation of his answer paper in Engineering Mathematics-IV of his 6th semester Engineering course, the results thereof has not been published till date. Adv. Santhosh Mathew who appears for the University submits the results would be published before 15.08.2014.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of recording the submission of the Standing Counsel for the University that the re-valuation results of the petitioner would be published before 15.08.2014.
