The petitioner is wanted in the investigation of Case Crime No.0004 of 2019 registered under Section 302 read with Section 201 I.P.C. The first information report discloses a cognizable offence which is under investigation by the police authority.
No case is made out to interfere. The petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
