Sri Piyush Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant makes statement at the bar that the parties have compromised the matter and certain papers are required to be brought on record which could not be annexed. The same were still in the process of drawn up. He wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh.
The prayer is allowed and this application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh.
Certified copy shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the applicant after retaining xerox copy of the same.
