Sri M.N.Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-University on the basis of instructions submits that the answer-sheets of the petitioner have not been weeded out.
Sri Prabhakar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner makes two prayers. Firstly, he submits that the copies of the answer-sheets in the subjects of Contract-I, Tort and Consumer Protection Laws and Family Law-II (Mohammadan Law) of re-examination of the B.A.L.L.B. IIIrd year course in the year 2016 may be provided to the petitioner upon payment of usual charges. Secondly, the application for scrutiny of the aforesaid answer-sheets may also be decided.
Sri M.N.Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-University in his usual fairness does not have any serious objections to the aforesaid prayer.
The matter is remitted back to the respondent No.2-Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.2-Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra to provide copies of the answer- sheets of the petitioner in the subjects of Contract-I, Tort and Consumer Protection Laws and Family Law-II (Mohammadan Law) of re- examination of the B.A.L.L.B. IIIrd year course in the year 2016 to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with the application for providing of such answer-sheets and upon deposit of the prescribed fees for the answer-sheets along with the application before the respondent No.2-Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
The respondent No.2-Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra shall ensure that the aforesaid answer-sheets of the petitioner in the subjects of Contract-I, Tort and Consumer Protection Laws and Family Law-II (Mohammadan Law) of re-examination of the B.A.L.L.B. IIIrd year course in the year 2016 are duly scrutinized by the subject experts and the result of the scrutiny of such answer-sheets is declared within a period of one month from the date of such application along with a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
