The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Abid Hussain, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.793 of 2020, under Sections- 386,452,506,392,504,323 IPC, Police Station-
Hapur Nagar District- Hapur, during pendency of trial.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that applicant has criminal history of five cases of similar nature.Shri Deepak Rana, learned counsel for the informant has affirmed the aforesaid contention of the learned A.G.A.
Keeping in view of the criminal antecedents of the applicant, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
