Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned counsel for the opposite party.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the record of the lower court be summoned for the purpose of hearing this revision. He also submits that at the present he is not intended to press this stay application.
Learned counsel for the opposite party is also agreed with the submission made by the learned counsel for the revisionist for summoning the lower court's record.
A perusal of the order sheet shows that substitution application of the revisionist has been allowed much earlier but it is not incorporated in the memo of the revision and other relevant papers.
Office is directed to do the needful in this regard.
Summon the lower court's record within a period of two weeks from today.
List immediately thereafter for hearing.
