Heard Sri Harish Chandra for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for State and Sri Abrar Ahmad for respondent - 2 The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent-2 to consider the claim of the petitioner regarding post retiral dues of the petitioner.
A perusal of the representation shows that the petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Accountant on 31.7.2017 but his post retiral dues has not been paid to him till today.
The petitioner has made a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to General Manager respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner in respect of payment of post retiral dues by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
