This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct respondents to consider the prayer / representation of the petitioner Trust to them contained in its petition dated 26.06.2015 vide Annexure – F in the light of the Communication dated 11.11.2015 vide Annexure – M of the respondent No.3 to respondent Nos.1 & 2 within such reasonable time as may be deemed just and proper under the circumstances of the case.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The plea of the Petitioner/Trust is for consideration of its representation dated 26.06.2015 vide Annexure-F. Since even after long lapse of time it has not been considered, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2015 vide Annexure-F and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
