1. On the matter being taken up, Mr. Saurabh Sachan, learned counsel for revisionist contends that revisionist does not wish to press this criminal revision. He therefore submits that present criminal revision be dismissed as not pressed.
2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for revisionist.
3. In view of above, present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
