Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate on behalf of State/opposite party no.1 and perused the record.
This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant to direct the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide the bail application dated 10.07.2019 of the applicant in Case Crime No.1479 of 2019, under sections 498A, 323 I.P.C. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Indrapuram, District Ghaziabad.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is on interim bail and his bail application is pending since 10.07.2019 and the next date is fixed on 05.08.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad shall decide the bail application dated 10.07.2019 of the applicant moved in Case Crime No.1479 of 2019, under sections 498A, 323 I.P.C. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Indrapuram, District Ghaziabad, on the next date fixed in the matter.
With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
