1. Considering the controversy involved in the present petition, it would be appropriate to add "Fee Regulatory Committee (Medical), Gujarat State, Near 5 Bungalows, Opp. National Park Society, Behind Polytechnic, Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad - 380 015" as respondent No.5 in this petition. The Court is conscious about the fact that as per communication dated 18.08.2009 addressed to respondent No.4, by learned Member Secretary of the Fee Regulatory Committee it has expressed that Respondent No.3 is a grant-in-aid institute running Super Speciality Courses, hence, the State Government is the authority for determining the fee structure. However, as an expert body, in order to see that its assistance is available in the present matter, the Committee is added as the respondent.
2. Notice returnable on 07.03.2012.
Mr. Apsi Kapadia, learned Counsel for the petitioner shall serve copy of the Paperbook upon Ms. Manisha Lavkumar, learned Counsel, who usually appears for Fee Regulatory Committee by 24.02.2012.
