The remark in the cause list reveals that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 could not be served, as having not been found at given address.

Mr.A.P.Patel, learned advocate for the applicant states that on the next date, he shall provide fresh address of the unserved respondents.

It may be noted that the instant matter roted for 19 times, just to see that unserved respondents are served. The instant matter is pending since 27th June,2011. Under such circumstances, last date is granted for the above purpose. S.O. to 11.04.2012.
