1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report dated 26.01.2016 lodged as Case Crime No.0030 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 427 and 504 Indian Penal Code, Police Station-P.G.I., District-Lucknow (Annexure No.1).
2. It has been pleaded that as per the impugned First Information Report, one Pradeep Singh fired.
3. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner does not have the injury report.
4. Before issuing notice to respondent No.4, the Court would like to go through the injury report.
5. List on 09.03.2016.
6. Let parawise reply be filed. The evidence collected in context of the petitioner be brought on record.
