1. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing F.I.R. No.0021 of 2016 dated 16.01.2016, under Sections 353, 504, 506, 186 I.P.C. Police Station Alambag, District Lucknow.
2. Learned A.G.A. appearing for respondent State has given a statement on behalf of investigating agency that because the offence allegedly committed by the petitioner, entails sentence of less than seven years, provisions of Section 41-A Cr.P.C. shall be strictly followed in terms of judgement rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India reported in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another : (2014) 8 SCC 273.
3. Considering the stand of the investigating agency, learned counsel for the petitioner states that let this petition be disposed of as not pressed.
4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as not pressed.
