Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition challenges an order passed by the Family Judge rejecting an application for amendment which was made by the petitioner.
Undisputedly the proceedings were pending at the stage of cross examination.
Bearing the aforesaid in mind coupled with the fact that the order impugned is not established to cause any serious miscarriage of justice, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the view as taken by the court below.
The writ petition is dismissed.
