Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 31st May, 2018, whereby he has been shifted from the Flood Division, Allahabad to Quality Control Division, Allahabad in public interest. Order is challenged on the ground that certain persons in excess of required strength have been posted, and instead of them being adjusted elsewhere, petitioner has been transferred.
The petition is opposed by learned Standing Counsel.
This Court finds that petitioner has been continuing in the same division since 2016. He has been adjusted in different office/division in the same district. In such circumstances, no case for interference with the order is made out.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
