The petitioner seeks quashing of notice under section 110/111 Cr.P.C. issued by the City Magistrate, Bareilly.
We are of the opinion that he must respond to the said notice. The authority shall examine all aspects of the matter before passing any order adverse to the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed off.
