The petitioners herein seek for quashing of the first information report dated 12.02.2021, registered as Case Crime No. 0026 of 2021, under Sections 328, 366, 376, 377, 323, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Gorakhpur.
The allegations in the first information report are serious. No case is made out for quashing of the same.
The writ petition is dismissed.
