Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present writ petition is directed against the first information report dated 08.04.2021 in Case Crime No. 260 of 2021 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 Police Station - Badaut, District - Baghpat.
Having perused the averments in the first information report and looking to the nature of offence in which the petitioner has been implicated in Case Crime No. 903 of 2021, we do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the basis of solitary criminal case and the gang chart and the first information report had been prepared in casual manner does not impress the Court, inasmuch as the mistakes pointed out in the first information report are not such, which would go to the root of the report to make it illegal.
For the aforesaid, no merit is found in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
