Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Om Prakash Gupta, learned counsel representing respondent no.2 and Sri S.P. Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel representing respondent no.3.
The petitioner has represented to the respondent no.3 for release of the subsidy amount vide representation dated 15.04.2018 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition).
The limited relief pressed before us is for appropriate direction to the respondent no.3 to take a conscious decision on the representation of the petitioner, within a fixed time frame.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Respondent no.3, Director, Prime Minister Employment Generation Progamme (PMEG Programme) Scheme Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Mumbai to decide the representation of the petitioner referred to above, in accordance to law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
