Petitioner claims to have purchased house in question and has approached this Court with the grievance that police authorities under the influence of private persons are attempting to interfere with the petitioner's possession over the house.
From the materials placed on record, it appears that there is a private dispute between petitioner and one Surendra Singh and Ranvir Singh, who have not been impleaded as respondents in the writ petition. Dispute with regard to immovable property between private persons can always be got resolved by approaching the competent civil Court. It appears that there is some threat to breach of peace on account of such dispute and, therefore, visit of police authorities, cannot be taken exception of.
We are not inclined to issue any direction to the police authorities to adjudicate such claim. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum, this petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
