Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Muzaffarnagar to decide the Injunction Application (Pager No. 6 Ga) of plaintiff/petitioner in Original Suit No. 385 of 2018 (Abhinav Swaroop vs. Navneet Bhardwaj and others).
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Muzaffarnagar to decide the Injunction Application (Pager No. 6 Ga) of plaintiff/petitioner in Original Suit No. 385 of 2018 (Abhinav Swaroop vs. Navneet Bhardwaj and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
