Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
Correction application is allowed.
In the light of the submission made on behalf of counsel for the applicant, the following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 31.08.2021 :-
"In the third line of second paragraph of the order, in place of 30.10.2020 it shall be read as 08.07.2020, in the fourth line, in place of Case No. 1566 of 2020 "State Vs. Aditya @ Bobby and another" it shall be read as Case No. 292 of 2020 (State Vs. Abhinav Pandey @ Sonu) and sixth para of the order "With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of" is deleted and the same shall be read as last para of the order."
