Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants for the grant of extension of time.
The time extension application is allowed.
As prayed, one week's further time from today is granted for the applicants to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this court pursuant to the earlier order of this court dated 7.2.2019. In case, the applicants do not deposit the said amount within the aforesaid extended period, no further time shall be granted.
