As per office report dated 29.04.2019, a report has been received from C.J.M. Fatehpur regarding the death of the sole appellant and it has been informed by the C.J.M. concerned that the sole appellant, Abhimanyu S/o Chandra Bhushan Singh had died five months back on 15.11.2018 which appears from the death certificate which has also been annexed along with the report of C.J.M.
In view of the above report of the C.J.M., Fatehpur, the appeal regarding the sole appellant, Abhimanyu S/o Chandra Bhushan Singh stands abated.
