The petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 02.11.2018.
From bare perusal of the suspension order which has been passed in contemplation of inquiry, in the opinion of the Court, no interference is called for in the suspension order at this stage.
Let the inquiry be concluded with immediate service of charge sheet, within a period of eight weeks from today.
