This application has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceeding of case no. 1683 of 2016 under Section 12 Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. Court No.11, Fatehpur and further to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
A perusal of the record shows that notice has been served in the matter but no reply has been given as yet. If another matter pending before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court is settled, applicants would have liberty to move application before the Court concerned to decide this case also on the basis of compromise, if any. No good ground is made out at this stage to exercise the inherent jurisdiction of this Court. Applicants being devoid of merits is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed.
