Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order rendered on 13.2.2018 in Writ A No.747 of 2018 (Nure Hasan Mansuri vs. State of UP and 2 others) whereby the writ petition was disposed of asking the District Basic Education Officer, Ballia to pass appropriate order for joining of the petitioner without any loss of time within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order and in case there is any legal impediment in his joining, the authority concerned has been directed to provide an opportunity of hearing to him and pass speaking and reasoned order within the said period.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered in Writ A No.747 of 2018 (Nure Hasan Mansuri vs. State of UP and 2 others).
