O R D E R H.G.RAMESH, J. (Oral):
1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing respondent No.3-Karnataka Examinations Authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2017, a copy of which is produced as Annexure-D.
2. Sri N.K.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 fairly submits that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner will be considered in four days’ time. His submission is placed on record. In view of this submission, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no further order is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
