JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the revenue recovery proceedings taken as per Ext.P3. The demand raised is of an amount of Rs.1,98,493/- as per Ext.P3. The learned Counsel for the respondent Bank on instruction submits that there was a mistake in the computation. In any event, the learned Counsel submits that the Bank is ready for a One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS) provided the petitioner pays an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only/-) in two monthly instalments. 2. In such circumstance, the petitioner shall pay the said amounts on 25.07.2014 and 25.08.2014. In the event of which, the proceedings shall be abated. If one default is committed, the respondent Bank shall revive the recovery, W.P.(C) No. 15626 of 2014 2 but however, the Bank shall be entitled to recover only the amounts due to it and not the amounts demanded in Ext.P3.
