The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application for the issue of a temporary permit. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration thereon.
2. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that within one month the application would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed thereon.
This Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
