Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent no.4 to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in pursuance of notification dated 5.12.2018 and result dated 5.12.2020 of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination, 2019 in Handicap OBC category.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the relief claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been given appointment.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
