In view of Annexure A2 certificate issued by the respondent, it cannot be said that there is disobeyance or violation of the directions contained in Annexure A1 judgment. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the terms incorporated in Annexure A2 certificate, it is left open to him to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. However, this court do not find any reason to proceed further under the Contempt of Court proceedings. Accordingly the Contempt of Court Case is hereby closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner as mentioned above.
