JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.664 of 2014 of the Kolavalloor Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 18.08.2014 at about 09.00 p.m. he hurled a steel bomb on the road at Cherikkal and caused a severe explosion.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. The contents of the C.D prima facie reveal the complicity of the petitioner. Considering the present stage of investigation and the seriousness of the allegations against the

2 petitioner, I am satisfied that the petitioner is not entitled to the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail.
In the result, this bail application is dismissed.
