The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. petition has been filed for direction of the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C., Mau to consider the bail application of the applicants if they surrender before the court below in Case Crime No.72 of 2018 (State Vs. Abhay Singh @ Palu and others) under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986 at Police Station Ranipur, District Mau.
Considering the prayer made in the application, it is directed that in case the applicants appear and surrender before the court below within 30 days from today and apply for bail, their prayer for bail may be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below. For a period of 30 days from today or till the disposal of the application for grant of bail, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. However, in case, the applicants do not appear before the Court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken against them.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed off.
