Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G.A. This is the second bail application, the first bail application has been rejected by another bench of this court on 12.7.2006 after perusing the lower court record. From the perusal of the second bail, it appears that there is no ground to release the appellant on bail, the prayer for bail is refused. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in jail for more than 8 years and the lower court record has been received, we expedite the hearing of the appeal. The office is directed to prepare the paper book within six months from today. List for final hearing before the appropriate bench on 23.7.2012. Accordingly the second bail application is disposed of.
