Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned ACJM, Court No. III, Agra to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 1522 of 2017 (Abhay Pratap Vs. Mukesh Thakur) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Hariparvat, District Agra, as expeditiously as possible.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned ACJM, Court No. III, Agra to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 1522 of 2017 (Abhay Pratap Vs. Mukesh Thakur) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Hariparvat, District Agra, most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case, the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
