This writ petition is directed against an order passed by the District Inspector of Schools dated 22.10.2018, which records that since the issue relating to payment of salary to petitioner is pending before this Court in Writ Petition No.6885 of 2010 and Special Appeal No.776 of 2012, therefore, the authority would not be justified in passing any order, at this stage.
The reasoning assigned in the order is not shown to be perverse or erroneous. Once remedy of the petitioner is available in seeking an appropriate adjudication in the said pending petition, making of a fresh representation or challenging the order passed therein would not be the appropriate remedy for the petitioner.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his pending special appeal, this writ petition is consigned to records.
