Heard Sri Anil Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant.
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.2.2014 an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Pratik Ranjan Chaurasia, Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, U.P.Lucknow stating therein that the pension of the applicant has been revised vide order dated 4.4.2014. Pension payment order dated 4.4.2014 has been brought on record as Annexure 2 to the affidavit.
On being confronted as to weather actual payment has been made or not Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned standing counsel states that actual payument is likely to be made within a period of two weeks.
Put up on 28th April, 2014. In case actual payment is not made by the date fixed, the opposite party shall remain present before the Court.
