In pursuance of the order dated 11.09.2018 passed by this Court in the instant contempt application an affidavit of compliance is filed by Sri O.P. Singh, Director General of Police, State of U.P., Lucknow, a copy of which is supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant.
In the said compliance affidavit the details with respect of the pending proceeding or the decision in the applications move for cancellation of bail application are given in detail.
In view of the aforesaid, no fruitful purpose will be solved in keeping the contempt application pending, which the counsel for the applicant also agreed.
However, it is open to the applicant, in case if there is anything contrary is found whatever is stated / mentioned in the compliance affidavit the applicant may file a fresh application The contempt application is accordingly disposed of.
